With a humble beginning and a middle class upbringing in the homely Railway Colony in Varanasi, India, my life has been a roller coaster of emotions, failures, and a never-ending desire to make real change! 

I discovered my love for poetry at a very young age and it became a medium of expression for me. The adolescent and younger years of my life found me taking decisions that were off the beaten path, to say the least. I then discovered my love for the evergreen theater and tried my hand at various on-stage gigs and even radio shows! However, when bills and responsibilities started piling up, I gave in to a more conventional way of life and served in the corporate sector for the better half of a decade.

However, as luck would have it, I eventually discovered the Learning & Development sector and never looked back! I have spent many good years helping teams discover the beauty of teamwork and work on the deep rooted organisational issues to develop and revel in qualities like collaboration, leadership, and effective communication. Having been lucky enough to visit a number of countries over the years, I have had the pleasure of learning and experiencing different cultures of this beautiful world. 

My years of travel and experience as a facilitator has inspired me to take on this new journey – one that is focused on sharing all the knowledge I have amassed over the years to help others make better decisions and live a transformed and elevated life!
